Ik ben door mijn verleden gewend om de camera als zwaarste onderdeel te beschouwen en daar ook zo mee om te gaan. (Afgezien van de zware tele, dat was toen een andere catagorie).
Met de N1 is dat radicaal anders. De hint in de review was voor mij (ik ben dom) een aardige eye-catcher. Ik had er zo NIET aan gedacht.
Jij wel blijkbaar: complimenten.

Ik geloof niet in het feit dat mensen dom zijn, dus die mag je voor eigen rekening nemen
De 70-200 weegt 1,5 kilo, dan voelen die paar onsjes van de V1 al snel als een veertje aan. :mrgreen:

Lo,
Heb de FT1 inmiddels ontvangen.
Ik vind het (zelfs in Nikon-termen) veel geld voor een stukje mechanisch werk (wat overigens 1-class is uitgevoerd).
Mijn aangenomen verhouding camera-objectieven-software-accesoires is wat in de war denk ik.

De combinatie biedt zeker mogelijkheden, maar heeft ook zijn beperkingen:
Limitations of the FT1
As with all things, there are some significant limitations to using the FT1 with Nikkor lenses.
No support for D-type Nikkors. The V1 has no internal focus motor, so if you mount a D-type Nikkor on the FT1, you’re limited to manual focusing.
No continuous-servo AF. That’s going to be a huge problem for action or wildlife shooters. AF-S mode works well for static subjects, but you won’t be able to use continuous focus mode like you can with your DSLR (or 1-series lenses on a V1).
Center Point AF only. Sadly, you cannot change the AF point when using the FT1. That means you’ll need to focus and then recompose to get your final composition. Subject-tracking and Face-Priority AF are also disabled with the FT1.

Beschouw de FT1 ook meer als een gimmick. Een leuk speledingetje en je moet dus ook wat geld over hebben wil je er een kopen want ik verwacht niet dat je hem veel zult gebruiken. Dit door de combinatie van camera en objectieven maar ook door de beperkingen. Ik wacht wel op een 2e handsje tzt al betwijfel ik dat die er veel zullen zijn aangezien er denk weinig verkocht worden.
